I came in today to get some price quotes for bulk printing/copying projects just so I have an idea of what to expect. The prices are definitely reasonable. But this review isn't about that. What really makes this location so deserving of 5 (million) stars, is how down to earth and hardworking their manager is. After we spoke, I used their photocopier for a bit and just hearing the manager interact with customers was so refreshing. He was just hands down so amazingly helpful and the level of customer service he provides is unmatched. I hope your location receives tons of business. I know it's inevitable because of how and who you are. Thank you, Louie! You are a wonderful human being!

I went in on a Tuesday afternoon to ship about 40 express boxes, each with documents for my job. We did the same thing last year as well and each time, Louie helped us through the process. Everything was done so efficiently. They used two stations to print out all the labels we needed and we were in and out much quicker than anyone could ever expect, with that much stuff to ship. Just can’t say enough about how helpful Louie was and how easy he made the process for us. He also advised us on how we can open a UPS account to make things even more efficient next year. Great experience every time.

I have had to visit this store multiple times to get documents printed and notarized. The staff has been very friendly and very helpful. I will recommend this store to anyone that needs assistance with UPS services. Big shout out to the Manager Louie Byrd. He has not only provided great customer service but I witnessed him doing a great job helping his staff!

As a loyal customer of this store for a year, I commend Louie and his team for always providing excellent service. Despite uncontrollable price increases, my positive outlook toward this store remains. However, my recent experience with a new employee was disappointing as he failed to fulfill his promise to assist me. It's crucial that all employees uphold the company's values and maintain the same level of integrity as the rest of the hardworking team. It's unacceptable for the actions of one person to tarnish the store's image, and I urge management to take the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again.
